Welcome from
Naseem Choudhry

Director

I am delighted to welcome you to New Life Fostering and introduce you to our team of professionals. We are fortunate to have gathered a remarkable team to our company; a highly skilled and experienced team of senior managers lead our organisation. We are very much a family run agency whose focus remains on individuals and personalised support and development of everyone that joins us as foster carers or employees. Over the years we have cared for hundreds of children and young people and some have continued to remain with our carers beyond 18. ‘We are only as good as the people who work with us.’

Gary Pickles

Responsible Individual and ADM

I am proud to be the Responsible Individual for New Life Fostering. I am passionate about fostering and what foster carers can achieve for the children in our care. I have a wide experience of work with other fostering services and have worked for New Life Fostering since 2017. I am also a Trustee for The Fostering Network. Work fills most of my time and I find it rewarding and fulfilling. Outside of work, my time is spent mostly with my wife Catherine and our crazy cockapoo Archie. I also enjoy sailing, cooking, and travelling. I try not to take life too seriously and have a good sense of humour and would rather be smiling than not. I hope that in my work I can always be available to foster carers, social workers, and children and that I always present as welcoming and inclusive.

Anne Fallows

Registered Manager

I was very pleased to be recruited by New Life Fostering to be the Registered Manager of the agency. I am very proud to be a part of this agency and intend to work with the team to make continuous improvements.

I have worked with children and families for many years and have enjoyed every minute of that time. However, the most valued days have been those magic moments that I have spent visiting foster carers and their children.

Fostering is about changing children’s lives and I fully recognise and appreciate the skill and dedication it takes to do that. I value the hard work of foster carers and understand the challenges they face daily; I like to ensure all foster carers feel valued and are fully supported.

I am happy at New Life Fostering as I am working with a team of foster carers and staff who share my vision of an agency where foster carers are given all they need to offer high quality support and their children want for nothing. My home is in Shropshire and my time is generally taken up with my adult children and grandchildren and attending family events and meeting up with friends.

Finance Manager

I have been with New Life Fostering since 2014. As Finance Manager, not only do I oversee the finance operations, I am also involved in the company marketing and business development. I have a degree in Accounting and Finance. Working for New Life allows me to continue my passion for working with disadvantaged children and young people and being part of an organisation, which truly puts them at the centre of everything we do. Away from fostering, I remain active and focus my attentions on physical fitness.
